Update 21 May 2021
We are due to recommence on Monday 24 May 2021. The last time we played at QAC was on 9 March 2020, that’s 441 days (63 weeks). Compiling a risk assessment is not recommended (large businesses have my sympathy), so I’ll not bore you with details.
The FA guidance here was closely followed nevertheless.www.thefa.com/news/2021/may/11/step-three-guidance-20210511
We shall take whatever precautions we feel necessary - all of us should have had both doses of the COVID vaccine by now.
Revision 10 May 2021
Following the next stage of the COVID Roadmap, I am working towards a restart on Monday17 May. All players have been advised & I’m in discussion with QAC about the re-opening.

Revision 22 Sep 2020
From Monday 28 Sep 2020,
you will only be able to play organised indoor sports in groups of less than six. It will still be possible for larger groups to take part in organised sports outdoors, but not on an informal basis.
Draft : Issued 17 Sep 2020
The FA have given approval to commence indoors. Subject to risk assessment with Club/ and or Venue.... BUT we have localised lockdown.
QAC are ready to have us back.
They want to see my risk assessment.
They are just being cautious.
They say that they’ll be cleaning before & after, so that’s not a problem.
No showers obviously, & not to use changing rooms.
Toilet will be allowed subject to good hygiene.
Arrange for hand sanitisers & wipes.
Bring your own fluid.
One way in & all of us same way out. Buy some mini goals, & tape down, so we can play without a keeper.
Buy some bibs (reversible) to keep.
3 touch to make it a bit more distanced.
Restrict it to 10 (cannot have people hanging around in confined space).
By invitation only so we have an audit tracking.
30 or 45 mins, maybe latter because of extra restrictions.
Will need to increase the fee. AgeUK are giving up Onnerley House, so I no longer have a cash drop off, & will need to purchase extra equipment.
To be discussed by Steve & Nigel
